Sessions, Payments, Insurance, Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Sessions

Regular weekly sessions are important in order to ensure that your block of time slots is reserved.

Payments for face-to-face sessions 

Payments are due at the end of each session and are payable by cash, online banking transfer or PayPal.  Credit card payments can be made via PayPal. 

Payments for Online Sessions    Payments for online sessions are due in advance of each appointment.  Bank card and credit card payments can be made via PayPay. 

Insurance 

Transitions does not bill insurance companies directly.  However, once payment is received, a receipt stamped paid is provided, which you may turn into your health insurance provider, if you choose.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

It is important to note, sessions missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours in advance are charged as normal because it is not possible to fill these appointment slots with such short notice. Payments are due on the day of the booked session. In the event of cancellations with serious and extenuating circumstances, a reduced fee may be considered. Further sessions can take place subsequent to the settlement of the bill.  Late payments and payment reminders may be subject to administration fees.

Office or Online Sessions

Clients who generally have face-to-face sessions, and wish to switch to online sessions due to work travel or for personal reasons, may put in a request.
