Sessions, Payments, Insurance and Cancellations

Sessions

Regular weekly sessions are important. In order to ensure that your block of time slots is reserved, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and missed sessions will be charged in full.  In the event of cancellations with extenuating circumstances, a reduced fee may be considered.

Clients who generally have face to face sessions, but need to travel for work, or are deployed, may switch to online sessions while away.

Payments for face to face sessions

Payments are due at the end of each session and are payable by cash, online banking transfer or PayPal.  Credit card payments can be made via PayPal. 

Payments for online sessions

Payments for online sessions are due in advance of each appointment.  Bank card and credit card payments can be made via PayPal.

Insurance

Transitions does not bill insurance companies directly. However a receipt is provided, which you may turn into your health insurance provider, if you choose.  Depending on your insurance policy, you may be reimbursed for part or all of your sessions.
